What delivery time can I expect?

The Foto Bag has a delivery time of 3 weeks from placement of order. All other products and services have a delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks from order placement. Postage and handling is an additional charge. If you require something urgently, if products in stock we can have your order ready within a few days.

What are the photograph requirements?

Images provided are to be no larger than A4 in size and no smaller than wallet size. We will accept any photograph or image within this size range and we will scan and return the original image to you. Images can also be sent to us as JPG/JPEG digital files at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Please note: if an image is digital to begin with, we would prefer it digital, not printed and sent to us. As the quality of photo will be reduced each time its printed and scanned in.

What colour options do you offer?

All photographs on Foto Designs products can be printed either colour or sepia, Only a few products can be finished in black and white (greyscale).

Are there any copyright issues?

Each customer must own the rights to their respective photographs or have obtained the relevant permission to use the photographs prior to submitting them to Foto Designs for processing.
